Water flow problems on doublewide mobile home?

I have a problem with water supply to sinks,tubs,toilets & water heater.The problem started when lightning striked & blew wwater holding tank @ well down the field.I repaired that & got water flowing to home but am only getting water to master bath tub (cold water only) toilet in m-bath.I got under crawl space & cut line from well to purge obstructions or to see if any existed & reattached with shark bite coupling on PEX 3/4″ waterline piping. I did this in 4 different places trying to get water flow restored, to no avail.I even took the valve stems out @ kitchen faucet & shoved wire down line trying to force restriction out, to no avail.I pulled bottom water heater element out & shopvacced about 10″ of sediment & removed cold water line feeding the heater with well pump on & will not come out harder than a ***. pls help with any suggestions
